Useful measurement without advertising profiles
Volusia Outdoor Services is operated by SloanOps. We measure aggregate traffic and directory interactions so we can decide whether the project is useful enough to maintain after its first year.
Traffic measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance without placing a client-side analytics cookie or collecting information for advertising. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics 4 measures page views, general traffic sources, approximate location, device information, directory searches, carousel use, and clicks used to contact a listed provider. Google Analytics uses a first-party identifier cookie. We do not enable Google advertising features, Google signals, or Ads linking, and we do not send form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, or message contents to Analytics.
Google Analytics event-level data is retained for 14 months. Aggregate reports may remain available longer. Search Console is linked to the separate Volusia property so search queries and landing-page performance can be reviewed with site usage.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this site does not load Google Analytics. You can also disable or re-enable Google Analytics for this browser below. Cloudflare Web Analytics remains active because it is the site’s cookie-free, privacy-first traffic measure.

Forms and direct contact
Information submitted through a directory form is sent to SloanOps for manual review of a directory question, listing request, or listing claim. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated abuse. Turnstile receives the verification data needed to assess the request, while form contents are delivered through SloanOps-controlled automation to the directory email alias. Form fields are not sent to Google Analytics.
We use the submitted information to respond to the request and verify directory information. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. Provider phone, email, website, and map links contact the provider or third-party service directly.
